Psychological Type and other Jungian ideas

Course Length: 1 day (usu. 9am-4.30pm)

What the course is about: Engaging with type and C.G. Jung's ideas to a greater depth than provided at accreditation and introductory levels:
  • Personality: what Jung thought
  • A Jungian view of consciousness
  • Type dynamics and development
  • Archetypes and types

Suitable for: Accredited type instrument users. Other professionals with a depth of type knowledge and experience - practical or research based.

At the end of the course: Participants will have a stronger, clearer, background for using Jungian theory in interpreting type instrument results; increased self-knowledge, leading to effective strategies in life and work

Course preparation and materials: No pre-reading is required; revisiting accreditation and other material is useful. Participants are encouraged to contribute queries, issues and problems for discussion regarding Jung's approach to personality. A folder of relevant handouts and references will be provided.
