PETER GEYERLearning about your type preferencesCourse Length: Half to one day depending on theme and requirements What the course is about: An introduction to the type preference aspect of personality, what it means and how to use it in your life-home or at work. Themes include communication, self-awareness, teamwork, leadership, relationships and so on, in fact any topic at all...Suitable for: Those who want to learn about personality preferences and use them effectively. At the end of the course: Participants will be able to understand how their type preferences influence their interests and decisions. They will possess useful strategies for working or living with others who are similar or different to them, including some developmental aspects of life.Course preparation and materials: Participants will complete the MBTI or other type questionnaire prior to the course. Explanation and interpretation of the results from the questionnaire will be given at the course. A booklet on type preferences, and handouts on questionnaire results and the course theme will also be provided. |
