A Type Refresher

Course Length: One day (usu. 9am-4.30/5pm)

What the course is about: Revisiting every aspect of the MBTI and type theory e.g.:
  • How MBTI Form M works and why
  • MBTI administration and interpretation
  • Tips about effective presentation
  • Fundamental principles of type theory (preferences; type dynamics/development; Jung etc.)

Suitable for: Accredited MBTI users who want to refresh and revise their MBTI skills and knowledge.

At the end of the course: Participants will:
  • Have revised the core components of understanding and using the MBTI
  • Be more confident in MBTI interpretation and use of the MBTI
  • Be able to talk about type theory in some depth.
  • Possess useful methods and strategies to apply in different situations

Course preparation and materials: No pre-reading or preparation is required. It can be useful to revisit Accreditation materials or the MBTI Manual. Participants are encouraged to bring issues or problems regarding MBTI use with them to the course, including MBTI Forms. They will receive a comprehensive folder of handouts
