Understanding your MBTI Step II results

Course Length: 1 day (usu. 9.00-4.30)

What the course is about: This course provides a deeper understanding of Step II results and what they mean; clarity on what Step II does, how it fits in with type theory and associated ideas and what to do with the results. The course can also be presented according to a general theme e.g. decision making; leadership; collaboration etc.

Suitable for: Those who have completed MBTI Step II and wish to know more about their results, particularly work groups/teams.

At the end of the course: Participants will be able to understand more about what their Step II results mean; gain knowledge about type theory in general and how it applies to them; be able to use these insights more effectively in whatever they do.

Course preparation and materials: Participants must provide a copy of their Step II results prior to the course. Answer sheets are particularly welcome if available. No preÐreading required. Participants may also bring any other type information received and ask any questions they like about the topic. They will be provided with relevant handouts.

This course is not a qualifying or accreditation program. This could be a course for organisations.
